At the top of Hongluo Hill lies a Buddhist oasis. The star of it all is Hongluo Temple, which is surrounded by northern China’s largest Buddhist garden. If you climb the mountain, the view is breathtaking, as is the scenery along the hike. You can even see the Great Wall snaking along the mountains in the far, far distance.
